 Dalian Yayou International Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing and trading company, specializing in the manufacturing of various metal parts, mainly dealing with investment castings, sand castings and OEM machine parts which are widely applied to the general machinery, automobile components, aircraft industry and nuclear industry.
Our company is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, a city boasting northern China's largest international port. We have access to convenient land, sea and air transportation links.
Casting materials: according to JIS, ASTM, BS and DIN standards, stainless steel, carbon steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, ductile iron, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, and special materials are available. The casting unit weight ranges from 5 grams to 2 tons. All the parts are processed through investment casting, sand casting, aluminum die-casting, and precision machining.
We have invested an investment casting foundry in Dalian, which is a Sino-Japanese joint-venture specializing in investment casting manufacturing. Our foundry is certified by ISO9001:2000 quality management system. All investment castings are manufactured in a weight range from under 5 grams up to 30 kilograms. Alloys are melted in a middle frequency induction furnace, offering complete flexibility and metallurgical dependability. We insist on providing high quality products by Japanese standard but at Chinese competitive price.
With CAD or PROE designing, tooling, casting, machining, as well as quality control testing, our experienced staff, most of who have decades of experience, will ensure that every detail of your order is followed through.
